An all-you-can-eat sushi and hibachi chain is entering the Wichita market with a restaurant planned at Greenwich Place in northeast Wichita.
Izumi Sushi and Hibachi, which has seven locations in North Dakota and Iowa, according to its website, filed for a building permit last month to remodel the existing stand-alone restaurant at 2636 N. Greenwich Road that formerly housed Buffalo Wings and Rings, which closed its doors in August 2023.
