A group of investors have taken a handful of Old Town buildings off the hands of Dave Burk, the main developer for the Old Town marketplace district over the past few decades.
The partners involved in the acquisition of the buildings include Wichita developer Dave Wells; attorneys at Morris Laing Law Firm including Jonathan Schlatter; real estate investor Brian Brundage; and Will Darrah, the CEO of Wichita-based energy company Darrah Oil Co., according to Sedgwick County property records.
