There was likely no one as influential in Wichita real estate over 40 years as the four-decade president and CEO of one of the city’s most recognizable residential and commercial brokerages.
Weigand led his company and the industry with an often-repeated word: integrity.
“The integrity of the transaction is way more important than the deal,” Weigand said in a 2019 BizTalk with the Wichita Business Journal podcast. “So if someone would say no, I really want to make the money, they’d probably be happier at another place.”
