What led to your success in 2025? My success in 2025 was driven by consistency — consistently showing up for clients, staying close to the market, and continuing to build meaningful relationships. Commercial real estate is ultimately a relationship business, and when you work hard, communicate honestly, and genuinely care about your clients’ long-term success, the results tend to follow. Growing up in Wichita in a family deeply involved in restaurants, development, and the community shaped my perspective early. My sister and I spent much of our childhood in our family’s restaurants meeting people from all walks of life and watching our parents build lasting relationships.
