A new restaurant is going in the Plazzio center building that Jose Pepper’s vacated in March.
New Jersey-based fast-casual chain Ugly Dumpling will be moving into 11423 E. 13th St. at the Plazzio and is expected to open in the next five to seven months, Ben Gartner of J.P. Weigand & Sons told the Business Journal.
