Trevor comes to Weigand as a second-generation realtor with over 15 years of experience. Recently becoming a certified auctioneer also makes him a second generation auctioneer. His culmination of experience through many sectors of real estate has allowed Trevor to develop a unique skillset and knowledge to benefit his clients. His experience includes residential sales, both traditional and auction, and commercial sales, as well as residential, multi-family, and property management in single family home, multi-family, and commercial assets.

Trevor’s vast experience has enabled him to understand what to look for in any type of transaction to assure client satisfaction. Trevor understands the importance in each transaction whether of selling your home of 30 years along with a lifetime of family heirlooms via auction, buying your fist home, or acquiring your 10th investment property whether residential or commercial investment. He understands the essentials and intricacies of property management to make investments cash flow in accordance to each investors goal.

At the age of 12 Trevor began to assist his father who was an auctioneer for over 25 years. Now as a certified auctioneer, he will take his experience and knowledge to focus in the Auction Division at J.P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. Understanding the importance of marketing, Trevor works with the dedicated and detail-oriented support staff using advanced technology to create innovative ways to sell a property. He works with the team to gather and analyze extensive market research and to design a distinct and strategic marketing plan for each specific property.

Trevor is happily married with three daughters. Trevor truly enjoys the simple things in life that are often overlooked in this fast paced, tech heavy world.

Property Management Accomplishments: Improved failing 68 unit multi-family property from Class D at 46% occupancy to Class B averaging 95% occupancy while ability to increase rent rates by over 25% and tripling property value.
