COMMERCIAL SALES & LEASING
Mike Loveland has been a commercial sales associate with J.P. Weigand & Sons for more than 41 years. Throughout his career, Mike has worked with investment properties, development projects, and commercial real estate sales and leasing.
A native of Wichita, Mike has worked on multi-family, office, retail, and hotel projects in Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, and New Mexico. He has also been involved in the sales and leasing of industrial and commercial projects as well. Mike has experience in developing apartment complexes and retail centers as well.
Mike is a multi-time recipient of the prestigious Master’s Circle, which honors individuals with $5,000,000 in closed transactions during a single year. Four times he has been the recipient of the Realtors of South Central Kansas President’s Club award.
Mike’s record of community involvement includes Downtown Wichita Association, East Wichita Rotary Club, Visioneering Wichita, Youth Entrepreneurs of Kansas, and the Wichita Chamber of Commerce.
Mike was selected from across the country as one of the 14 CCIM’s to participate in the 2006 Jay W. Levine Leadership Academy which trains future leaders of the CCIM Institute.
