Following in the footsteps of an industry legend is never easy. But Dreiling, president of J.P. Weigand & Sons, had to do just that in 2024 following Nestor Weigand Jr.’s death in late 2023. In the summer, Nestor “Nes” Weigand III, who became J.P. Weigand & Sons chair after his father’s passing, raved about Dreiling’s performance, skill and character in leading the company.
