COMMERCIAL SALES, LEASING & DEVELOPMENT

With more than 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Brad has become an expert in the sales and leasing of industrial properties and real estate development.

Brad has received the Wichita Area Association of Realtor’s President’s Club Award six times and twice has been awarded the Association’s Master’s Circle, which honors individuals with $5,000,000 in closed transactions during a single year. Brad has also received Weigand’s Commercial Division’s Partnership Club designation.

A native of Wichita, Brad has also been an active member of the community, having been involved with the Wichita Area Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council.
